FIELD: physics; control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to software and hardware systems intended for use as a means of automation of control over warehouse logistic processes of manufacturing enterprises of various industrial products, retail chains of food and non-food products, online stores and marketplaces, logistic companies and operators. Software and hardware complex for automation of warehousing of enterprises is made with possibility of interaction with the user and contains: cross-platform warehouse management application; global server with an application for automatic diagnosis of faults in the industrial Internet of things system; intermediate server with intelligent warehouse management system; at least one robot charging station with a local execution server with a robotic control system; at least one unmanned aerial vehicle-researcher; at least one logistic unmanned aerial vehicle; at least one robotic device for transportation of goods. At the same time the complex is made with possibility of interaction with the user through the cross-platform application by means of the task of automatic operation settings and debugging of the complex settings, creation of logistic tasks for carrying out of inventories, unloading and loading operations, monitoring of storage systems, which are sent to a global server with an industrial Internet of things system and are transmitted in the form of scenarios of using the complex for each user warehouse to an intermediate server with an intelligent warehouse management system, which in turn distributes scenarios between local execution servers with a robotic control system, which sets and controls execution of scenarios by each of at least one unmanned aerial vehicle-researcher, each of at least one logistic unmanned aerial vehicle and each of at least one robotic device for transportation of goods, and also in automatic mode performs diagnostics of faults by method of evaluation of current values of parameters of equipment of robotic means and comparison with parameters characterizing operation of equipment in normal mode under normal conditions, and notifies the organization responsible for maintenance of the complex about faults in the application for automatic fault diagnosis.
EFFECT: automation and autonomous control of warehouse logistic processes, increased efficiency of warehouse logistic systems when using robotic automation means, providing control and accounting of warehouse stocks in real time.
