SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing a vaccine preparation from whole viruses or bacteria by treating viruses or bacteria with high-energy electrons, the energy of which is in range from 5 to 10 MeV. Method includes steps of producing a liquid containing viruses or bacteria with infectious activity of not less than 3.0 lg TCID50/ml, and irradiating the obtained liquid containing viruses or bacteria with a beam of high-energy electrons, wherein the radiation dose is in range of 10 to 50 kGy.

EFFECT: providing a simple, highly productive and technological method of producing a preparation of a highly effective vaccine from whole viruses or bacteria.
