FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of consumables for testing nucleic acids, in particular to an assembled amplification plate and a method for determining the state of the assembled amplification plate. Amplification plate assembly comprises: a housing having a plurality of receiving wells; a frame structure covering the body and having a mounting hole; sealing film arranged on frame structure, and sealing mounting hole; and a plug-in structure located between the frame structure and the body of the amplification plate. Holes of the plurality of receiving holes are located opposite the mounting hole. Plug-in structure comprises plug-in part and interacting part. One part of the plug-in part and the interacting part is located on the frame structure, and the other is on the plate body. Interacting part comprises first and second parts. When the insert part is inserted into the first interacting part, a distance remains between the sealing film and the body. When the insert part is inserted into the second interacting part, the sealing film is attached to the upper surface of the amplification plate body. Method of determining the state of the amplification plate assembly involves evaluating whether a signal receiver receives a signal transmitted by a signal transmitter.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to solve the problem of a complex method of sealing a nucleic acid amplification plate of the prior art.
