Steel has the following chemical composition, wt.%: C 0.01–0.05, Si 0.2–0.6, Mn 0.8–1.5, P ≤ 0.02, S ≤ 0.005, N ≤ 0.008, Als < 0.001, Ca ≤ 0.0050, B 0.001–0.006, total oxygen [O]T 0.007–0.020, Cu 0.1–0.6 and/or Sn 0.005-0.04, the rest is Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein Mn/S > 250.

EFFECT: produced thin-strip steel has required level of mechanical properties.
