FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used to protect various equipment, mainly critical to the effect of ultrashort pulses (USP) transmitted over conductors. Disclosed is a protection device consisting of a strip structure, which consists of a reference conductor and two parallel conductors, as well as a dielectric medium, so that the reference and active conductors are located on one side of the dielectric substrate, and the passive conductor is located symmetrically to the active conductor on the other side of the dielectric substrate. Passive conductor is extended to the level of the outer edge of the reference conductor, and a similar structure is located centrally symmetrically on the side of the left edge of the cross section of the entire strip structure. Technical result is achieved by strengthening connections between active and passive conductors by increasing the width of passive conductors and their arrangement on both sides of the dielectric substrate, use of a combination of terminal loads at the near and far ends of passive conductors, as well as maintaining the central symmetry of the cross section.
EFFECT: higher attenuation of interference signals in both in-phase and differential exposure modes.
