FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to preparation of products for healthy nutrition, and can be used to power rescue service personnel during rescue operations. Cereal product includes 1st grade wheat flour, apple fibre, amaranth seed fibre, dried pitted cherries, dried ginger, oregano, salt, sugar, cow milk, butter. Initial components are used at the following ratio, wt.%: 1st grade wheat flour – 31.9–32.4, apple fibre – 15.2–15.7, fibre from amaranth seeds – 11.4–12.5, dried cherries without pits – 7.3–7.6, ginger – 2.9–3.5, oregano – 1.3–1.5, salt – 0.6–0.8, sugar – 1.5–1.7, cow's milk – 13.9–14.3, butter – the rest.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a grain product for correction of metabolism for alimentation of rescue service personnel during rescue operations with improved taste-and-flavour characteristics, antioxidant and organoleptic properties.
