SUBSTANCE: one proposes a cereal bar containing the following ingredients: fine wheat fiber, amaranth and gram flour, black cumin seeds, cardamom fruits, ground burdock roots, spirulina powder, Brazil nuts, parsnip roots, green runner beans, dried basil, dried stevia leaves, portulaca, milled radish, fresh lingonberry and shadblow, as well as sesame oil and oat bran. Ingredients are taken at following ratio of initial components, wt%: fine wheat fiber 5–6; amaranth flour 5–6; gram flour 5–6; black cumin seeds 2.5–3; cardamom fruits 2–3; ground burdock roots 5–5.5; spirulina powder 4–5; brazil nut 3–3.5; parsnip roots 5–6; green runner bean 5–6; dried basil 4–5; dried stevia leaves 1.5–2.5; portulaca 3.5–4; milled radish 6.5–7.5; fresh lingonberry 6.5–7.5; fresh shadblow 6.5–7.5; sesame oil 5–6; oat bran – the rest.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a cereal bar for feeding workers with harmful compounds of arsenic and phosphorus, which is able to inhibit processes of intoxication and hepatosis by aggressive chemical compounds of phosphorus and arsenic when processing them in the air of the working zone.
