SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Cereal bar composition contains the following initial ingredients: oat bran, fine wheat fiber, holy thistle seeds flour, barley flour, white linen seeds, fennel fruits, avocado pulp, chlorella powder, sweet potatoes, blackthorn fruits, pumpkin, crushed parsley, marjoram, cedar kernels, cloudberries and raspberries, soya oil. Components are used at the following ratio of initial components, wt%: fine wheat fiber 8–9; holy thistle seeds flour 7–8; barley flour 7.5–8; white linen seeds 4–5; fennel fruits 4–4.5; avocado pulp – 3.5–4.5; chlorella powder 5.5–6.5; sweet potatoes – 3.5–4.5; blackthorn fruits 5–6; pumpkin 4.5–5; crushed parsley 3.5–4; marjoram 2–3; cedar kernels 3.5–4; cloudberry 4–5; raspberries 3–4; soya oil 3.5–4; oat bran – the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a cereal bar, which is intended for attenuation of saturnism and inhalation injuries of the body by inhalation of lead-containing dust, aerosols and vapors in industrial conditions at concentrations exceeding the maximum allowable concentration.
