SUBSTANCE: cereal bar has been proposed for the nutrition of people working with chromium and chromium-containing compounds, under the conditions of exposure to allergic substances, including the following ingredients — oat bran, fine wheat fibre, flax flour, whole ground lentil flour, fresh chopped ginger, rutabagas, anise seeds, dried pears, prunes, chopped turnips, rosehips fresh, dried seaweed, rowan, fresh dill, green peas, linseed oil and spinach, in the following ratio of initial components in wt. %: fine wheat fibre 5–6; flax flour 4–5; whole grain lentil flour 8–8.5; fresh chopped ginger 3.0–3.5; rutabaga 9–9.5; anise seeds 2–3; dried pears 6–6.5; prunes 6–7; turnip chopped 6–7; rosehips fresh 4.5–5; dried seaweed 4–5; rowan 1.0–1.5; fresh dill 2.5–3; green peas 5–6; linseed oil 6.5–7; spinach 2.5–3; oat bran – the rest.
EFFECT: invention is intended to weaken the processes of allergization and sensitization of the body, does not contain immunogenic xenobiotics, effectively adsorbs chromium compounds and removes them from the body due to the selection of ingredients and their quantitative ratio.
