FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of extracting liquid hydrocarbon fractions from flare gas during oil production. Invention relates to method of low-temperature condensation of flare gas and includes extraction of flare gas by ejection, its separation into two-phase gas-liquid flow, cooling and further separation of liquid hydrocarbon fraction and mixture of hydrocarbon gases in a separator. After extraction, flare gas is partially condensed in air cooling apparatus, then formed cooled two-phase gas-liquid flow is mixed in ejector with liquid hydrocarbon fraction, which is supplied from separator through heat exchanger, made with possibility of cooling by external refrigerating unit, note here that separation of liquid hydrocarbon fraction in separator is performed by filtration with filter element. Note here that low-pressure area is formed in ejector for extraction of flare gas from flare header.

EFFECT: obtaining liquid hydrocarbon fractions from C5 and higher from flare gas with minimum energy consumption, no further technological treatment of the obtained products is required for their stabilization at atmospheric pressure, higher safety of production of liquid hydrocarbons from flare gas.
