SUBSTANCE: described is a method for identifying phytopathogenic fungi Zymoseptoria tritici and Parastagonospora nodorum by PCR. It is based on the use of the developed primers for determining the species Parastagonospora nodorum and for determining the species Zymoseptoria tritici.
EFFECT: development of a method for identifying phytopathogenic fungi, which enables to accurately and quickly identify a phytopathogenic complex of septoria leaf spot, including species Zymoseptoria tritici and Parastagonospora nodorum in plant tissues using PCR method.
