SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tandem reverberatory furnace for remelting of aluminum scrap. Furnace includes housing formed by refractory outer side, front and rear end walls, two inclined platforms, two baths are limited by hearths and arch, walls, four tapes, gas duct and welded frame, on which everything is arranged. Frame is laid inside with light-weight brick ShL-0.9 with double heat-insulating layer of mullite-siliceous cardboard MKRK-400, Hearth bottoms of two baths and inclined platforms are made of corundum units KS-90, laid on three layers of mullite-siliceous cardboard MKRK-400 and having a dry quartz sand padding, inclined platforms and two bath hearth bottoms are separated by a wall, furnace frame is welded to steel box, having heat insulation between it and each wall, consisting of chamotte chips, refractory wool, triple layer of mullite-siliceous cardboard MKRK-400 and asbestos crumbs, vaults above inclined platforms and above first and second baths of furnace have layer with double heat-insulating coating with double layer of mullite-siliceous cardboard MKRK-400 laid on top of it, on which double layer of fire-resistant light brick ShL-0.4 is laid, flues are made in rear wall. In each side wall the furnace has a injection two-row twenty-two-mixing medium pressure burner directed at an angle to the inclined platform of the furnace and at an angle to the furnace axis, as well as four injection two-row twenty-two-mix medium-pressure burners placed in the rear wall, directed at an angle to the hearths, besides, in each arch there is an injection two-row twenty-two-mixing medium-pressure burner, wherein furnace has four working openings, two of which are slag windows, device for lifting and lowering shutter of working and slag window of furnace has electric drive, in rear end wall there are four tapholes made in quick-change reinforced taphole bricks, four lined bowls with lined pivot chutes welded to them, which can turn during pouring of liquid metal, an economizer and a dust-and-gas cleaning system to ensure an environmentally friendly process.
EFFECT: providing high efficiency of the furnace, reduction of heat and loss losses and possibility of ecologically pure remelting of aluminum scrap.
