SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a two-bath reflecting furnace with a forehearth for remelting aluminum scrap. The furnace is installed on a pedestal reinforced with a three-row steel mesh, filled with concrete with a fireclay chip filler, on which a welded frame is mounted, welded from an I-beam and having a lining of two layers of lightweight bricks and three layers of mullitosilicon rolled material, the furnace body is placed on the welded frame, two inclined platforms and bottoms of two baths are made of corundum blocks KS-95, laid on three layers of mullitosilicon rolled material with a sandy lining. Inclined platforms and bottoms of two baths are separated by a wall, a steel box is welded to the furnace frame, having thermal insulation between it and each wall, consisting of asbestos chips and two layers of mullitosilicon rolled material, arches of the furnace and the forehearth have a triple layer of mullitosilicon rolled material, which is filled with asbestos chips diluted in powdered ground clay, an injection thirteen-mixing burner of high pressure is installed in each sidewall of the furnace directed at an angle of 30° to the bottom and at an angle of 20° to the axis of the furnace, two similar burners are installed in the rear wall, directed at an angle of 55° to the bottom of the furnace, in each arch, in the center, a burner is installed at an angle of 65° to the bottom of the furnace, the furnace has two working windows in the front wall and two slag windows in sidewalls, which can act as working windows, while each drive for lifting and lowering a damper of working and slag windows consists of an electric engine, a coupling, a worm gear, a reel, cables, a pulley with supports and a welded steel damper, lined with lightweight chamotte bricks of SHL-0.6 brand with thermal insulation made of a double layer of mullitosilicon rolled material, the furnace has an economizer, which is a welded structure consisting of 8 registers with a diameter of 76 mm and a length of 6 m, made of stainless steel, supported at ends by two steel supports. The furnace has the forehearth formed by refractory outer side, front and rear end walls, a bath bounded by a bottom, an arch and walls, three drain tapholes and a flue, the welded frame of the forehearth has an upper layer of mullitosilicon rolled material, six rows lined with lightweight bricks, as well as four layers of mullitosilicon rolled material laid between rows of lightweight bricks, bottom corundum blocks of the forehearth are laid on four layers of mullitosilicon rolled material and lining of dry quartz sand, a steel box is welded to the frame of the forehearth, having thermal insulation between it and each wall, consisting of asbestos chips and two layers of mullitosilicon rolled material, a chute is inserted into the front wall of the forehearth, through which liquid metal flows from the furnace into the forehearth, two injection thirteen-mixing high-pressure burners are installed in the vault at an angle of 55° to the bottom, a slag window is made in one sidewall of the forehearth, closed by an electrically driven damper, the forehearth flue is connected to the furnace hog to form a common flue, one branch of which is connected to the economizer and a chimney, and the other - to the economizer and a dust and gas cleaning system, wherein the dust and gas cleaning system consists of a mixing chamber, a smoke pump, a five-section dust and gas cleaning unit.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, low heat losses and the possibility of environmentally friendly remelting of scrap are provided.
