FIELD: cellulose industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocellulose. Method involves placing cellulose-containing raw material into a deep eutectic solvent. Weight fraction of cellulose is 5–10% of weight content in deep eutectic solvent. Mixture is held for 30–480 minutes at temperature of 40–110 °C. Obtained viscous mass is purified from the solvent. Further, an aqueous suspension of pretreated cellulose with weight content of cellulose of 1–40% is obtained. Obtained suspension is subjected to treatment which provides disintegration of cellulose fibrils to the state of microfibrils and nanofibrils and obtaining a nanocellulose suspension.
EFFECT: providing a method of producing nanocellulose without using toxic components to reduce the impact on the environment, besides, higher efficiency in terms of power consumption and reduced wear of equipment.
