FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing compositions in form of gels containing nanosized cellulose and can be used in pulp and paper, textile, chemical and food industries. Method of producing cellulose-containing gel, involving acid and oxidative treatment of cellulose-containing material, carried out in the presence of aqueous solutions of mineral acid and inorganic oxidant to obtain treated cellulose-containing material, filtering the treated cellulose-containing material to obtain a cellulose-containing precipitate and a filtrate fed for acidic and oxidative treatment, washing the cellulose-containing precipitate with a washing solution, separating the excess washing solution to form a washed cellulose-containing precipitate, dispersing the washed cellulose-containing precipitate in water to obtain an aqueous suspension of cellulose, mechanically milling the obtained aqueous suspension of cellulose to form an aqueous suspension of nanosized cellulose, mixing an aqueous suspension of nanosized cellulose with an aqueous suspension of a modified aluminosilicate coagulant, which is obtained by mixing an aluminosilicate coagulant with water and, in addition, with an aqueous solution of a modifier selected from a group comprising cationic surfactants, substances dissociating in aqueous solutions with formation of polymer cations, their mixture, with formation of cellulose-containing gel in excess water, and separation of excess water to produce target cellulose-containing gel.

EFFECT: formation of a cellulose-containing gel structure with coagulated fibers on aluminosilicate particles, as well as in a wider range of technologies for producing cellulose-containing gels from cheap and readily available material.
