FIELD: organic materials modification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of modification of organic materials, in particular, to a method for deposition of a metal coating on particles from an organic material - an oxidizing agent or an energy-intensive compound, and can be used for the manufacture of components of functional and high-calorie components of energy condensed systems (ECS), for example, gunpowder, solid rocket fuels and explosives. Before deposition of a metal coating on particles from organic materials, the particles are dried and preliminarily cleaned by exposure for 10 minutes. The metal coating is deposited on the particles by the ion-plasma vacuum magnetron method, after placing the particles on the object table with simultaneous mixing of the particles. Spraying is carried out on particles of organic materials with sizes from 10 to 2000 microns, made in the form of a powder material, pre-treated in a heating cabinet at a temperature of not more than 60°C, evacuated in the chamber to a residual pressure in the range of 10-3-10-5 Pa and aged in a vacuum chamber for 1-40 min. After sputtering, the particles are passivated with dry gas while adjusting the gas flow rate in the range of not less than 0.3 and not more than 10 cm3/min. They are placed on the object stage at a distance of at least 90 and not more than 400 mm from the magnetron.
EFFECT: improved quality of the resulting coating, ensuring the versatility of coating materials with a simultaneous increase in the safety of their application.
