SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Disclosed is a method of enriching garden strawberries with phenol compounds, which are intended for preventing deficiency of phenol antioxidants. Plants are treated at the beginning of leaf growth, budding – beginning of flowering and after fruiting by watering plants under the root in the early morning, in the evening or in the afternoon in cloudy, but not rainy weather, with aqueous suspension of mechanocomposite based on rice husks and green tea with concentration of 0.3 g/l.
EFFECT: invention increases content of phenol compounds in red fruits of garden strawberry.
