SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method of rooting micrograins of strawberry remontant, including rooting micrograins in vitro on a nutrient medium according to Murashige-Skogas formulation with addition of waxy moth vital products and using lighting. Micrograins are placed with the basal part in the nutrient medium MC 1/2 containing 0.5 mg/l of indolyl-3-butyric acid with the addition of the products of vital activity of wax moth 2–3 mg/l when illuminated with a light-emitting diode phyto-emitter with a spectrum ratio of red, blue and white light of 2:1:1 with illumination of 2,500–3,000 lux (75–85 mmol/m2⋅s-1), 6,500 K.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the micrograin roots ingot percentage and to reduce the rooting length.
