SUBSTANCE: described is a vortex device for emulsification, comprising a vortex tube with one tangential branch pipe and one coaxial branch pipe located in the upper part of the device, characterized by that the vortex tube housing is made in the form of a stepped diffuser with the number of stages of at least three, on the internal surface of the diffuser housing there are projections of an annular or spiral shape with a cross-section in the form of a polygon with the number of angles of at least three, the presence of a confuser installed coaxially behind the diffuser, to create pressure of finished emulsion on delivery branch pipe with diameter in outlet zone equal to diameter of diffuser in area of supply of emulsion components.
EFFECT: invention increases quality of the two-component emulsion.
