FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a material for replenishing defects in biological tissues by reacting ions and producing calcium hydroxylapatite, in which calcium chloride is placed in one of the ion interaction chambers, and ammonium dihydrophosphate is placed in the other, and laminaria sheets or grinding are placed between the chambers, on which calcium hydroxylapatite is deposited as a result of ion diffusion or electrophoresis Ca10(OH)2(PO4)6, and after drying, grinding and sterilization, implantation material is obtained.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an implantation material based on calcium alginate, which does not increase in volume after its implantation into the tissue defect area, availability of the initial raw material component – laminaria, simplicity of the process of forming calcium hydroxylapatite on laminaria fibres or its grinding.
