FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a polypeptide involved in producing L-valine, wherein the amino acid corresponding to position 413 in the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is replaced with aspartic acid, where the polypeptide has a sequence identity of 80% or more with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1. Invention also relates to a method of producing L-valine using a microorganism of the Corynebacterium genus, which contains said polypeptide.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain L-valine with high efficiency.
