, which can be used in synthesis of bioactive preparations. Method involves condensation of 
, CH2O and a secondary amine of formula 
under microwave radiation conditions for 1 hour. Obtained aminomethylacetoacetate of formula
is subjected to decarboxylation at temperature of 150 °C for 1 hour in a medium of dimethylsulfoxide in the presence of lithium chloride and water.
EFFECT: shorter reaction time and high output of the end product while improving its quality.
