SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of electrical components. Method includes accessing a first animation graphics file, a second animation graphics file, a template graphics file and a predetermined threshold value of the electrical parameter for the array of electrical components, performing pixel-by-pixel calculations on combinations of lines from the first animation graphics file, the second animation graphics file and the template graphics file, wherein each of the pixel-by-pixel calculations includes determining a first scalable pixel value by multiplying the first animation pixel value from the first animation graphics file by the first template pixel value from the template graphics file, determining a second scalable pixel value by multiplying the second animation pixel value from the second motion graphics file by the second template pixel value from the template graphics file, and determining the sum of the first scalable pixel value and the second scalable pixel value, and generating output data which reflect whether the result of pixel-by-pixel calculations exceeds a predetermined threshold value of the electrical parameter for the array of electrical components.

EFFECT: enabling use of graphic files to control operation of light-emitting diodes in dynamic patterns with provision of seamless changes between patterns at the hardware level without using transient fading.
