FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and is intended for use in erection of pile foundations, which take up horizontal and seismic loads. Foundation of buildings and structures includes a grade beam footing with an annular plate rigidly attached to it, piles and a cylindrical shell placed in the ground coaxially to the grade beam footing outside its limits and having an upper horizontal collar connected to the annular plate. Cylindrical shell has a lower collar; at that, both collars are located on the inner side of the shell made of recycled metal cord tire from a heavy-duty vehicle. Annular plate in the centre of its height has annular groove for tight arrangement of upper collar of cylindrical shell. Upper collar is formed by a circular cut of the upper sidewall of the recycled tire with a diameter equal to the diameter of the inner wall of the groove of the annular plate. Lower collar is formed by a circular cut of the lower sidewall of the recycled tire with a diameter equal to the diameter of the outer contour of the group of piles.
EFFECT: simplification and cheapening of foundation design, increased damping ability at damping of seismic loads.
