FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: system for production of cast iron socketless pipes comprises an electromagnetic device for feeding charge materials connected with a melting furnace, centrifugal device, devices for cooling, extraction, cutting of pipes, devices for grinding of internal and external surfaces of pipes, devices for preliminary heating of pipes, painting of internal and external surfaces of pipes, drying of pipes, installation for hydraulic tests and device for pipe marking. System is equipped with a common dust removal system. All devices of the system are equipped with control units with software and are connected to the server of the central control unit, which is configured to control the devices of the system simultaneously.
EFFECT: enabling optimization and automation of the cast iron pipe production process.
