FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for preparing artificially mineralized drinking water and can be used in the food industry to produce drinking water of a balanced composition. Suspension enriched with microelements for preparation of artificially mineralized drinking water contains distilled water, water-soluble compounds of potassium, sodium and magnesium and calcium compounds, which form a precipitate in suspension. Concentrations of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium compounds in terms of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium are respectively equal to 1,500–3,500 mg/100 ml, 700–1,300 mg/100 ml, 900–1,400 mg/100 ml and 200–420 mg/100 ml. Water-soluble compounds of potassium, sodium and magnesium used are citrates of said metals, and the calcium compound used is calcium citrate and/or calcium gluconate.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of artificially mineralized drinking water which replenishes the daily requirement of the human body for microelements.
