SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and microbiological industry and can be used in production of nutrient medium for isolation and cultivation of Lactobacillus iners and other representatives of vaginal microbiota. Summary of the invention: liquid casein hydrolysate is mixed with polysorbate 80 at rate of 1 kg of polysorbate per 10 kg of casein hydrolysate, dried and then mixed with the remaining dry components of the nutrient medium, and the growth additive is obtained by dissolving, followed by sterilization, freezing and drying.

EFFECT: proposed method for industrial production of dry nutrient medium for isolation and cultivation of Lactobacillus iners and other representatives of vaginal microbiota enables to obtain standardized series of dry nutrient medium with pH 6.9-7.3 with stable high growth properties.
