SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a non-alcoholic beverage with a beer taste, to a method for production thereof and a method of providing a saturated taste and suitable acidity of beverage. Beverage is characterised by total amount of extracted component (components) from 0.5 wt% or more to 2.0 wt% or less, pH 3.0 or more up to 4.5 or less and saccharides content of 0.5 g/100 ml or less, wherein estimated alcohol content of alcohol-free beverage with beer taste is 0.00 % with rounding of latter sign, when it is less than 5, and discarding rest. Method for production of beverage and providing saturated taste and suitable acidity comprises adjusting total amount of extracted component (components), adjusting pH and adjusting content of saccharides.

EFFECT: invention provides production of a beverage with beer taste having a saturated taste, suitable acidity and low total amount of extracted component (components).
