FIELD: laser equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be attributed to optical devices for deflecting laser beams. Acousto-optical deflector consists of a light and sound conductor made of a TeO2 monocrystal and having an acoustic facet, parallel to crystallographic axis [110] of monocrystal and making angle α from minus 4 to minus 6 degrees with crystallographic axis [001] of monocrystal, input optical face with antireflection coating, parallel to crystallographic axis [110] of monocrystal and making angle β from 76.7 to 81.5 degrees with crystallographic axis [001], output optical facet with antireflection coating, parallel to crystallographic axis [110] and perpendicular to acoustic facet, shift piezoelectric transducer made of LiNbO3monocrystal, connected to acoustic face, as well as electric matching system, output of which is connected to the input of the piezoelectric transducer, wherein the value of the angle β is determined by the functional relationship β=90°+k·α, the coefficient k ranges from 2.12 to 2.22.

EFFECT: simpler design of the bichromatic acousto-optic deflector and wider interval between operating wavelengths.
