SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a bioreactor system for culturing cells without cell walls and to a method for culturing cells using a bioreactor system. Bioreactor system includes: a container; oscillator; ventilation means designed to supply oxygen-containing gas into the container from the upper part of the container, and a culture medium poured into the container. Container comprises a hollow cylinder with diameter D1 and height H1, as well as a hollow round cone with upper diameter D2, lower diameter D3 and height H2, wherein the hollow cylinder is connected to the upper surface of the hollow round cone, D1 = D2. Oscillator contains a movable platform and a motor driving the platform. Container is fixed on the above oscillator platform so that to provide the possibility of eccentric movement of the container with a certain eccentricity and rotation speed.
EFFECT: declared group of inventions provides stable cell growth and proliferation, as well as high cell survival.
