FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell technology. Described method of producing adhesive cells according to which: a. adhesion cells are placed into the cultural vessel, which contains microcarriers in a culture medium; (b). cells are amplified by several serial passages of cells in the same culture vessel, note here that each passage of cells, which follows the first passage cells, is carried out: i. using all or a part of a cell population that was received during the previous cell passage after enzymatic treatment of a cell population for detach cells from the microcarriers; and ii. introducing to the culture medium and increasing the number of microcarriers; and c. a population of adhesive cells, obtained during the last cells passage, collected after an optional enzymatic treatment of said cells population for detaching cells from the microcarriers.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of means for producing adhesive cells.
