SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for application of insulation in electric rotating machines, in particular, electric motors or generators. Powder lacquer or liquid lacquer composition for producing an electrical machine insulation system includes at least one first resin component, which has a hydrocarbon base and at least two epoxy groups, at least one second resin component, which is based on an oxygen silicon derivative, a curing agent and/or an initiating catalyst and a filler. Second resin component and the oxygen derivative of silicon have at least one hydroxyl functional group. Also disclosed is a method of producing one or more components of the insulation system of an electrical rotating machine.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of automated formation of components of the insulation system of electric rotating machines.
