SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for producing nasal chondrocytes of newborn rat pups. Said method involves obtaining cartilage fragments with subsequent enzymatic isolation of chondrocytes, wherein nasal cartilage fragments are obtained in 4-8-day-old rat pups on a semi-automatic microtome with a vibrating blade.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a large number of viable cells, including in terms of one animal, wherein said cells have better adhesion capacity, shorter lag phase and higher proliferation rate.
