SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to surgical dentistry. Graft flap is sized and marked. Graft is collected after anaesthesia and creation of a recipient zone in the area of soft tissue repair. Then a haemostatic tissue impregnated with a solution of a mixture of salts of aluminium chloride hexahydrate and iron chloride hexahydrate is applied on the wound. Tissue is pressed to the hard palate with a pre-fitted protective tray. Method is realized by means of a device, that is protective tray 0.7-1.5 mm thick with a pressure ledge shaped to the size and shape of the wound. On the working surface of the hold-down ledge there made are transverse projections with a notch oriented along the longitudinal axis of the hold-down ledge. Transverse ledges with notches are located at equal distance from each other.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to effectively stop haemorrhage from the donor area when collecting a free gingival graft from the palate and to provide a comfortable rehabilitation of the patient after plastic surgery of the oral soft tissues with sampling of the autograft.
