SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for head cooling during chemotherapy contains helmet with channels for cooling liquid, flexible connecting pipes, liquid cooler, liquid cooler includes a longitudinal horizontal liquid channel with a square cross section, to the side vertical walls of which thermoelectric elements are connected, which have the possibility of cooling the liquid in the longitudinal horizontal liquid channel. Upper wall of the channel is in contact with the cavity for the container with the coolant, with the possibility of additional cooling of the liquid. Flexible connection pipes are connected to end walls, and in its central part there is a pump for liquid circulation. In the lower part of the liquid cooler there is a removable power supply element and a device for charging and operating from the mains. From above the liquid cooler is equipped with a carrying handle and fasteners for a belt.
EFFECT: providing patient mobility during procedures.
