SUBSTANCE: skewer with dynamic guard is an invention for more comfortable, safe and universal use with possibility of scrolling around its axis without linear displacement on barbecues with vertical, as well as support stability on barbecues with horizontal flanges during cooking in the open air and in closed rooms. Skewer with a dynamic guard contains a pointed blade-shaped profile from food stainless steel with a round guard pressed to the shoulders with its base opposite to the base of the dynamic square guard freely put on the shank with support stability of any of its four sides, as well as by scrolling around its axis and linear-diagonal dynamic mobility, V-shaped guide formed by inclined fields of guard, thrust-guide bushing, coupled by one end with the bottom of the dynamic square guard, and by the opposite end with the spring, resting against a dumbbell-shaped pin with a groove pressed in the end part of the ergonomic handle for structural coupling with hook-shaped groove of shank and creation of functional resistance to V-shaped guide release for jamming and retention of skewer on brazier vertical flanging, as well as an air-convection cushion formed by a heat-removing set of guards towards a colder end of the handle, separated by a technological gap, formed by open part of thrust-guide bushing.

EFFECT: objective of the invention is to create a skewer with a dynamic guard taking into account structural changes and additions for possibility of more comfortable and safe universal use on barbecues with vertical and horizontal flanging during preparation of products in open air and in closed rooms.
