SUBSTANCE: collapsible skewer with dynamic guard is an invention for more comfortable, safe and universal use with possibility of scrolling around its axis without linear displacement on barbecues with vertical, as well as support stability on barbecues with horizontal flanges during cooking in the open air and in closed rooms. Collapsible skewer with a dynamic guard contains a blade-shaped stainless steel profile with a sharpening on one end, and at the other end there are shoulders, a shank with a T-shaped end, a thrust-guide bushing with a centring groove and chamfers on the ends, compression spring, detachable ergonomic handle from non-heat-conducting material with through axial hole, opposite cone-shaped recess and rounded collar on ends, retainer in the form of a basket with a petal-shaped edge, a through slot, a hole and two perpendicular slots in the bottom base, a round guard pressed to the shoulders with a rectangular perforation and inclined fields, a square dynamic guard freely located on the shank with a round hole and inclined fields, V-shaped guide is formed by inclined fields and air-convection cushion is formed by technological gap with total heat removal of the guard towards the colder end of the handle.

EFFECT: creation of a collapsible skewer with a dynamic guard for possibility of more comfortable and safe universal use on barbecues with vertical and horizontal flanging during preparation of products in the open air and in closed rooms.
