SUBSTANCE: skewer with a dynamic guard represents an invention for more comfortable, safe and universal application with possibility of scrolling around its axis without linear displacement on barbecues with vertical, as well as support stability on barbecues with horizontal flanges during cooking in the open air and in closed rooms. Skewer with a dynamic guard contains a blade-shaped stainless steel profile with a sharpening on one end, and on the other end there are shoulders, a shank with a T-shaped end, a thrust-guide bushing with chamfers, compression spring, an ergonomic removable handle made from non-heat-conducting material with a blind axial hole and a through slot, in which a rectangular plate with a hole and slots in its middle is firmly fixed with lugs, round with perforated guard with inclined fields pressed to shoulders, dynamic square guard with a hole with inclined fields freely located on shank, V-shaped guide guard is formed by inclined fields and air-convection cushion is formed by technological gap with total heat removal of guard towards colder handle.

EFFECT: creation of a skewer with a dynamic guard for possibility of more comfortable and safe universal use on barbecues with vertical and horizontal flanging during preparation of products in the open air and in closed rooms.
