SUBSTANCE: skewer with dynamic guard is an invention for more comfortable, safe and universal use with possibility of scrolling around its axis without linear displacement on barbecues with vertical, as well as support stability on barbecues with horizontal flanging during cooking in the open air and in closed rooms. Skewer with dynamic guard contains blade-shaped stainless steel profile with sharpening on one end, and on the other end there are shoulders, a shank with a swept end, a thrust-guide bushing with chamfers, a compression spring, ergonomic removable handle made from non-heat-conducting material with a blind axial hole and a through slot, in which a pin with a so-vector and/or triangular slot, a through slot and a hole is pressed, as well as mounting seat and/or recess for spring, pressed to shoulders round guard with rectangular notch and inclined fields, a square dynamic guard with a round hole and inclined fields freely located on the shank, a V-shaped guide formed by the inclined fields of the guard and an air-convection cushion formed by a technological gap with a total heat removal of the guard towards the colder handle.

EFFECT: invention objective is creation of skewer with dynamic guard for possibility of more comfortable and safe universal use on barbecues with vertical and horizontal flanging during preparation of products in open air and in closed rooms.
