INSTALLATION FOR SIMULTANEOUS SEPARATE OPERATION OF TWO FORMATIONS BY ONE WELL IN CONDITIONS COMPLICATED BY HIGH VISCOSITY OF PRODUCT OF UPPER FORMATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E21B43/14 

FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an installation for simultaneous separate operation of two formations by one well in conditions complicated by high viscosity of the product of the upper formation, which includes the main and additional drives, mechanical packer installed between upper and lower productive formations, tubing connected with well below-packer space, main and additional string of rods with sucker-rod pumps, double-barreled fittings and parallel anchor. On intake of sucker-rod pump arranged on additional string of rods, there is a docking assembly located above the upper productive formation. At that, the docking assembly and the tubing are interfaced by an upper two-channel coupling, which is connected in series to parallel anchor, and lower two-channel coupling, in which branch pipe and tubing are interfaced. Upper two-channel coupling has a skewed upper part. Parallel anchor is made with inner pipe and fixed self-sealing collars, installed with socket to wellhead. Inner pipe parallel anchor is communicated with the docking unit and the branch pipe, through which the liquid of the upper productive formation is extracted, and extraction of liquid from the lower productive formation is carried out through a shank connected to the intake of a sucker-rod pump placed on the main string of rods.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the unit for simultaneous separate operation of two formations by one well in conditions complicated by formation of high-viscosity stable oil emulsion in the product of the upper formation with exclusion of mixing of products of upper and lower productive formations and reduction of risk of rod string suspension even in wells with large deviation from vertical.
