FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of producing aseptic cultures of plant explants in vitro. Aseptic culture of seeds and leaf explants of plants of different taxonomic groups is obtained by holding the investigated plant explants in electroactivated water (anolyte) for 25–35 minutes, which is obtained from tap water using an Aqualife device (Russia) for 15 minutes with activation parameters pH 5.8 and hydrogen ion concentration 2.8–2.9.
EFFECT: increased yield of aseptic cultures with high growth rate and formation of plants with correct morphology and with high morphogenetic potential.
