FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for constructing 3D-model of a constructive occlusion. Cone-beam tomography, axiography and dental arch scanning with an intraoral scanner are performed. Obtained data are transferred into computer program, skeletal cephalometric points are applied on 3D-model of skull and cephalometric analysis of bone tissues is performed. Position of the articular heads is determined, and the joint space of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is measured from behind, from the front and from above on the sagittal and axial sections of the tomogram. Position of the articular disc is determined and its parameters are measured; the articular heads of the temporomandibular joint are positioned in the center of the articular fossa taking into account the position and dimensions of the articular disc. Face angle is checked, which normally makes 45(±1) degrees. Position of joint heads is corrected, new position of lower jaw is determined by its rotation around center of head of lower jaw, teeth occlusion is checked. Thereafter, an occlusal plane is constructed, which passes above the Xi points by 0.72±0.7 mm and divides the intermaxillary angle in ratio of 27:73. Articular heads are located in one horizontal plane, and the occlusal plane is parallel to the horizontal plane of the articular heads. Monson sphere passing through the incisal point of the lower incisors and the Con points in the center is built.
EFFECT: more accurate determination of the optimal position of the temporomandibular joint, lower jaw, occlusal plane and degree of mouth opening, as well as accurate transfer of calculations into the patient's oral cavity.
