FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to machine building, to engine building, in particular to mechanisms used in vehicles, in power industry, machine building and other industries. Essence of the proposed invention consists in the fact that it contains an ultrasonic radiator made in the form of an open ring, to the open ends of which an ultrasound source is connected, the radiator is fixed in a non-metallic housing, which is poorly conducting ultrasound, housing is rigidly fixed in the bearing cover, the upper diameter of the radiator is larger than the diameter of the shaft, and the lower diameter of the radiator is slightly less than the diameter of the shaft; at that, the frequency of the supplied ultrasound should be in range of 17-44 kHz.
EFFECT: reduced wear of friction parts in bearing due to increased efficiency of action on lubricating fluid with ultrasound.
