FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydrocracking plant, which includes a feed furnace, a liquid-phase hydrocracking section, a separation section, a drainage section, an extraction section, a starting furnace, a gas-phase hydrocracking section comprising at least one gas-phase hydrocracking reactor, a fractionating column, wherein the plant is made with possibility of providing the starting raw material circulation along the circuit: the feed furnace – the liquid-phase hydrocracking section – the separation section – the drainage section – the feed furnace, at that, when switching from starting material to main raw material, the plant is made with possibility of diverting at least a part of liquid flow from the separation section to the extraction section and with possibility of gradual increase of part of withdrawn liquid flow up to 100 wt.% of liquid flow from separation section to extraction section when conversion value of main raw material reaches about 50%, stopping use of drainage section. Invention also relates to a method for starting up a hydrocracking plant.
EFFECT: faster, safer and more reliable start-up phase of the hydrocracking plant, as well as stability of further operation of the plant.
