FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drainage system (9) of a combined hydrocracker of heavy oil stock and includes: at least one drain tank (91) configured to receive a stream from liquid-phase hydrocracking section (1) of the combined hydrocracking unit, pump (93) and cooler (95), located in outlet line of drainage tank (91), and start-up pump (96) located downstream of pump (93) and cooler (95) and configured to supply part of contents of drainage tank (91) to section (1) of liquid-phase hydrocracking. Drain tank (91) comprises nozzles (911) located in the lower part of the tank and configured to form flows, which enable to lift settling fractions and mechanical impurities of the contents into the upper part of the tank, the drainage system is configured to circulate a portion of the contents of drainage tank (91) by means of pump (93) through cooler (95) as follows: from outlet branch pipe (913) of drainage tank to inlet branch pipe (914) of drainage tank via line (912) of drainage tank circulation, from outlet branch pipe (913) of drainage vessel to nozzles (911). Invention also relates to a plant for combined hydrocracking of heavy oil stock and a method of starting up a plant for combined hydrocracking of heavy oil stock.
EFFECT: reduced probability of equipment clogging with deposits, which enables to avoid long-term downtime of equipment and labour-intensive works on cleaning equipment from deposits.
