FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing high-entropy oxide ceramics by solid-phase synthesis, particularly based on rare-earth elements and metals of the iron group, with a perovskite structure. Method of producing ceramic materials involves mixing initial powder components, grinding, pressing and subsequent sintering. Mixing of powders is carried out in a ball mill for 2 hours, pressing is carried out at pressure of 9 t/cm2 to obtain pellets, which are then subjected to sintering in a tubular electric furnace of a furnace with silicon carbide heaters at temperature of 1,400 °C for 5 hours on a platinum sheet at a heating rate of 7 °C/min with subsequent cooling in air.
EFFECT: high homogeneity of the obtained ceramic materials due to intensified mixing of powder components.
