SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a multispecific antibody which binds to human IL-13, human IL-17A and IL-17F, a method for production thereof, as well as to a composition containing it. Also disclosed is a recovered polynucleotide coding said antibody, as well as a vector and a cell containing it.
EFFECT: invention is effective for treating or preventing atopic dermatitis, chronic hand eczema, nasal micropolyposis or polyposis, food allergy or eosinophilic oesophagitis.
