FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to experimental equipment, namely to investigation of materials by means of thermal means, and can be used for investigation of processes of thermal dissociation of methane hydrate. In the first version, the test bench for thermal dissociation of methane hydrate contains a horizontally located container in the form of a square tube with covers on flanges. In two opposite side walls of the container there are windows, opposite one of which there is a video camera. Covers are fixed on flanges of container by magnetic fasteners. In the central hole of the first cover there is a union connected to the heat source by means of a pipeline. Gas analyser probe is inserted into the central hole of the second cover. Three thermocouples are mounted in the upper part of the container at an equal distance from each other, which are connected to a videographic recorder. Video camera, gas analyser and videographic recorder are connected to personal computer. Either a steam generator or a blow dryer can be used as a heat source. In the second version, the test bench for thermal dissociation of methane hydrate comprises a horizontally located container in the form of a square tube with covers on flanges, in two opposite side walls of which there are windows, opposite one of which there is a video camera. Covers are fixed on flanges of container by magnetic fasteners. In the central hole of the first cover there is a nozzle, which is connected by a pipeline equipped with the first thermocouple through a pump to a mixer of a source of hot and cold water supply. Gas analyser probe is inserted into the central hole of the second cover. Second, third and fourth thermocouples are mounted along the upper part of the container at an equal distance from each other, which are connected to a videographic recorder, to which the first thermocouple is connected. Video camera, gas analyser and videographic recorder are connected to personal computer.
EFFECT: wider range of technical means for investigating thermal dissociation of methane hydrate.
