FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-temperature ceramic-matrix composite materials based on silicon carbide ceramics with reinforcement and can be used in machine building, nuclear, defense, metallurgy, oil and gas industry, etc. Method of producing reinforced ceramic-matrix composite material based on silicon carbide ceramic includes providing a porous carbon matrix, making holes in it and placing in holes of extended reinforcing elements from high-entropy alloy TiZrNbMoHfTa, impregnating the obtained workpiece with liquid silicon for siliconizing to form a silicon carbide matrix and on surface of extended reinforcing elements of layers from multicomponent silicides of each component of high-entropy alloy with different proportions of silicon and ratio of concentrations of components in multicomponent silicides. At the same time holes are provided for arrangement of extended elements larger than their transverse dimensions by 1.2 times.
EFFECT: higher strength and corrosion resistance of material.
