FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fine powders of precious metals, intended for production of conductor pastes used in electronic industry, in particular in production of multilayer ceramic capacitors for current-conducting elements. Method involves successive reduction of silver and palladium in a reaction solution containing ceramic powder in a dispersant solution, by drop supply of solutions of ammonia complex of silver and reducing agent at temperature of 20–60 °C and then drop supply of solutions of ammonia complex of palladium and reducing agent at temperature of 20–60 °C. Obtained powder is filtered, washed, dried and sieved to obtain a powder with particle size of up to 2 mcm.
EFFECT: improved dispersion characteristics of powder and packing density.
